In no event shall Clement Rousseau be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Mouse Shaker or the materials on the hidemybar.clemstation.com Internet site, even if Clement Rousseau or a hidemybar.clemstation.com authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. • In any way that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Clement Rousseau’s services or which, as determined by Clement Rousseau, may harm Clement Rousseau or users of Clement Rousseau’s services or expose them to liability.

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use Mouse Shaker in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair Mouse Shaker or corresponding APIs, interfere with any other party’s use of Mouse Shaker or corresponding external APIs, including their ability to engage in real time activities through Mouse Shaker.
